Specializations are separate assessments that add functional or industry depth to your Flux credential. Each earned independently. Each displayed on your public credential page alongside your tier.
A Flux tier credential tells an employer how you operate -- your output multiplier, your time-under-pressure performance, your domain breadth. A specialization tells them where you operate -- in which function or industry you have demonstrated focused, assessed capability.
Each specialization requires a separate timed assessment -- a real scenario drawn from that specific function or industry. Not a training session. A performance test.
Practitioner (70-79), Proficient (80-89), or Expert (90-100). You do not just earn the specialization -- you earn a level within it. 'Healthcare -- Proficient' is a different signal than 'Healthcare -- Practitioner.'
Earn as many specializations as you want. Each requires a separate attempt -- free during early access beta (normally $50). Each appears on your public credential page. Retry after 30 days if you do not pass.
